You can also serve it separately, topped with your choice of curries.
I much prefer the latter as I can save any leftover rice and curries separately in the refrigerator.
A basic plate of nasi briyani consists of spiced rice and meat curry of your choice.

Bahan-Bahan Nasi Biriyani
- π’ 500 gr dari Beras basmati.
- π’ 1/2 ekor dari ayam boiler.
- π’ dari Bumbu haluskan.
- π’ 5 bj dari bawang putih.
- π’ 1 jempol dari jahe.
- π’ 4 bj dari lombok hijau.
- π’ 1 sdt dari garam.
- π’ 1 sdt dari lombok bubuk.
- π’ 1/2 sdt dari kunyit bubuk.
- π’ 1/4 sdt dari pala bubuk.
- π’ 1/4 sdt dari jinten bubuk.
- π’ 1/4 sdt dari kayumanis bubuk.
- π’ dari Ghee:.
- π’ 1 sdt dari ketumbar bubuk.
- π’ 1/2 sdt dari black pepper.
- π’ 1/2 sdt dari kaskas.
- π’ 3 bj dari cengkeh.
- π’ 3 bj dari kapulaga.
- π’ 3 cm dari kayumanis.
- π’ Sedikit dari fennel seed.
- π’ dari Bumbu tambahan.
- π’ 3 bj dari telor,godok.
- π’ 2 bj dari bawang bombai(asli x bukn bombai d sn bawang merah x beda bntuk & rs).
- π’ 3 bj dari tomat segar.
- π’ 50 ml dari yogurt.
- π’ Secukupnya dari coconut oil.
- π’ Secukupnya dari garam.
I personally prefer mutton and chicken curry. Therefore, I had chosen to prepare a video on nasi briyani with a special chicken curry. Just like many of my recipes, feel free to substitute chicken with the meat of your choice. Singapore Nasi Briyani or Malaysian Nasi Briyani is quite different from traditional and varied traditional Indian varieties, as is the spelling!

- Potong"ayam marinasi ala sy d resep" sblm x Goreng smpai agak kering dlm coconut oil(minyak kelapa),sisihkan.
- Tumis Bumbu yg d haluskan sampai harum..tmbhkan Ghee....aduk rata sampai harum.
- Cuci beras masukan dalam tumisan Bumbu +Kan air(d sesuaikan dgn jenis beras..) aduk smpai air habis tmbhkan yogurt...
- Masukan ayam.. aduk rata,kukus kurleb 30'.. sambil d aduk sesekali..tmbahan irisan tomat,bombai dan telor godok..susun d atas x..kukus lg 5'...
